Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• "Platform": Mais2 Digital website, applications and systems
• "User": individual or legal entity that uses our services
• "Leads": contact data of potential customers generated or marketed
• "Credits": consumption units for sending emails or generating leads
• "Project": software development, websites or custom integrations

2. Qualified Leads Service

When purchasing leads through our platform:

• Leads are provided "as is", with valid email verification
• We do not guarantee specific conversion rates
• Use of leads must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, PECR, etc.)
• Reselling purchased leads to third parties is prohibited
• Duplicate leads within 30 days will be replaced upon request
• Lead credits are non-refundable after use

3. Email Marketing Service

When using our email sending platform:

• Recipient consent (opt-in) is mandatory
• Sending spam, illegal or misleading content is prohibited
• Every email must contain an unsubscribe option (opt-out)
• We reserve the right to review campaigns before sending
• Email credits expire 12 months after purchase
• We will suspend accounts with high spam complaint rates

4. Custom Projects

For contracted development projects:

• AI-generated quotes are estimates subject to adjustments
• Deadlines are agreed upon after detailed scope approval
• Scope changes may impact deadline and value
• Payment according to conditions agreed in commercial proposal
• Source code is delivered after full project payment
• Post-delivery support for 30 days for bug fixes
• Hosting and maintenance are additional services

5. Football Data API

When using our sports data API:

• Request limit according to contracted plan
• Data is updated periodically without real-time guarantee
• Redistributing data to third parties is prohibited
• Use for betting purposes is the user's responsibility
• We are not responsible for decisions based on the data

6. Payments and Refunds

• Prices in Brazilian Reais (BRL) subject to change with prior notice
• Payments processed by secure third-party gateways
• Refunds analyzed case by case within 7 business days
• Unused credits are non-refundable
• Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension

7. Intellectual Property

• The platform and its content are property of Mais2 Digital
• Developed projects belong to the client after full payment
• We reserve the right to use projects in our portfolio
• Copying, modifying or redistributing our platform is prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• Force majeure exempts liability for delays or failures

9. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use our platform for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violation of third party rights
• Distribution of malware or cyber attacks
• Unauthorized data collection
• Interference with platform operation

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Data will be retained as required by law

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes.
